Since 2020, the winery has transitioned to organic farming and HVE 3 certification, focusing on producing elegant, complex, and powerful wines primarily from Merlot. Their flagship cuvée, Renard Mondésir, is renowned for its aging potential and aromatic depth, reflecting the unique terroir of the Fronsac appellation.
