About Château des Gimarets
Château des Gimarets is a small Moulin-à-Vent estate in Romanèche-Thorins, in the Beaujolais, where wine has been made since the 16th century. Éric and Nathalie Boyer took it over in 2007. All of its vines are in the Moulin-à-Vent appellation, and its prestige cuvée L'Esprit de ma Terre comes from about one hectare of fifty-year-old vines. The château offers tastings, cellar sales and a guest room.
