Château des Adouzes is a Faugères estate at Roquessels, Hérault (8 impasse des Caves). Jeanne and Olivier Coste took over the estate in 2018; the Coste family also owns Domaine Montrose in the Côtes de Thongue. The vines grow on schist, include old vines, and are farmed organically. The reds include Le Tigre and Frère et Sœur, both AOP Faugères.
