Château de Nitray is a family wine estate set in a Renaissance château at 69 rue du Château in Athée-sur-Cher, on the Cher river between Tours, Amboise and Chenonceau, run by the de l'Espinay family. The château has been a listed historical monument since 1947. About 10 hectares of vines make Touraine wines: still red, white and rosé, plus sparkling (Brut, Demi-Sec, Extra-Brut) and sweet wines. Visitors can tour the estate and cellars and taste the wines on site.
