Hand-farmed grower Champagne from the right bank of the Marne
About Cazé-Thibaut
Champagne Cazé-Thibaut is a small récoltant-manipulant (grower-producer) house based in Châtillon-sur-Marne on the right bank of the Vallée de la Marne. Fabien Cazé, from a family of growers going back ten generations, began bottling estate champagnes under his own label in 2013. Vines in Châtillon-sur-Marne and Vandières are worked by hand with no herbicides or insecticides, and the wines are made without fining or filtration and aged long on fine lees. The range includes Naturellement (100% Pinot Meunier), Les Fourches (100% Chardonnay), Jossias (100% Pinot Noir) and the blend Les Lériens.
