Cave Terra Ventoux (TerraVentoux) is a cooperative winery at the foot of Mont Ventoux, created in 2003 from the merger of the Roches Blanches cooperative in Mormoiron and the Montagne Rouge cooperative in Villes-sur-Auzon. It makes AOP Ventoux red, white and rosé wines, including organic and biodynamic wines, holds AB organic and Demeter biodynamic certification, and has tasting rooms in Mormoiron and Villes-sur-Auzon.
