Tins'Vil

ティンズヴィル

Cantina La Selva

Sangiovese

About this wine

A Blanc de Noirs sparkling wine made entirely from Sangiovese, named after the Etruscan god Tin (Jupiter). Grapes are harvested early to preserve acidity, destemmed and gently pressed, with only the free-run juice used; primary fermentation runs at low temperature followed by roughly 4 months on the lees, then a second (autoclave/Charmat-method) fermentation of about ten days, six more months on the lees, and at least 3 months in bottle. Pale pink in color, with fine perlage and notes of white flowers, bread crust, and almond.

An easy-drinking, food-friendly sparkling rosé style made from an unexpected grape — red Sangiovese.

Sommelier's Note

"A Blanc de Noirs that reminds you Sangiovese isn't just for big reds — it makes a genuinely elegant sparkling wine too."
