Langhe Chardonnay Cadet

ランゲ シャルドネ カデ

Bruno Rocca

Chardonnay

About this wine

100% Chardonnay from the village of Neive, on limestone and blue marl soils, with vines averaging around 40 years old. Fermented at around 15°C for 15-20 days, then matured for 6-8 months, 80% in stainless steel with frequent bâtonnage and 20% in French oak barrique. Straw yellow in color, with a complex, sweet and spicy nose of acacia honey, melon, golden apple, and pineapple, finishing with a green note of broom and a light mineral touch. The palate is savory, harmonious, and spicy with sweet tobacco notes and a persistent finish.

Beginner's Note

A rare white from a Barbaresco specialist — rich and food-friendly without heavy oak.
