Bruno Rocca

Nebbiolo

About this wine

A special selection made in memory of Bruno Rocca's mother, Maria Adelaide, who lived at Rabajà from 1921 until her death in 2006. Bruno personally makes the selection, and only in vintages that inspire him — the fruit usually comes mainly from the Rabajà, Fausoni, and Currà vineyards. 100% Nebbiolo, vinified in stainless steel for 18-20 days, then matured 12 months in French oak barrique and 12 months in French oak botte.

Beginner's Note

A personal, tribute cuvée made only when the vintage truly earns it — not produced every year.

Sommelier's Note

"A wine made with the heart as much as the hands — Bruno Rocca only bottles this in years he believes his mother would have been proud of."

Food Pairings

A refined match for roasted veal, white truffle risotto, and aged Castelmagno cheese.

When to drink it
