Batisse-Lancelot is a family-run champagne estate based in Les Riceys, in the Côte des Bar of the Aube department. The family has worked the land in Les Riceys for four generations, and the estate was founded in 1972 by André Batisse and Françoise Lancelot, who moved from selling grapes to making their own champagne. It farms around 5 hectares of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (with a little Pinot Blanc), holds High Environmental Value (HVE) and Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne certification, and the range includes Tradition, Rosé and Prestige cuvées.
