Arnaldo Caprai's flagship wine, the 25 Anni, is a masterpiece of Umbrian viticulture. First produced with the 1993 vintage to celebrate the winery's 25th anniversary, this 100% Sagrantino is sourced from the finest vineyard parcels in Montefalco. Extended aging in French oak barriques results in a wine of immense power, structure, and complexity. Intense aromas of blackberry, spice, and tobacco are framed by a velvety yet firm tannic backbone—the highest polyphenol content of any Italian red grape—promising exceptional longevity of 15–20 years.
