A bottle-fermented dry cider from Arc-en-Vigne made by blending three Nagano-born apple varieties nicknamed the 'apple three brothers': Akibae, Shinano Sweet, and Shinano Gold. The blend ratio is designed to draw out Akibae's acidity, Shinano Sweet's sweetness and juiciness, and Shinano Gold's refreshing aroma, resulting in a dry, apple-forward sparkling cider produced through traditional bottle secondary fermentation (méthode traditionnelle). Sold in 750ml and 330ml bottles.

Sommelier's Note

Blending three distinct Nagano apples into one bottle-fermented cider is a small but telling example of Arc-en-Vigne's craftsmanship — each variety's character stays legible in the glass rather than blurring into one generic apple flavor.

New to wine?

An easy, food-friendly introduction to Japanese craft cider — crisp, dry, and full of honest apple flavor without any sweetness to hide behind.

Food Pairings

A versatile dry cider that pairs well with creamy cheeses, roast pork, and citrus-dressed salads. On the Japanese table it suits tempura, salt-grilled fish, and simmered seasonal vegetables, where its crisp acidity cuts through richness.

When to drink it

Casual gatherings, apéritif before a meal, or alongside a light Japanese-style dinner.
