SIX THREE ESTATE WINERY

シックス スリー エステート ワイナリー

Additive-free natural wine from Echizen's stork terroir

SIX THREE ESTATE WINERY is a natural wine producer in the Hakusan district of Echizen City, Fukui Prefecture — an area known for nesting Oriental white storks. Founded by owner-winemaker Tsuneki Nishino, who began organic grape growing on abandoned farmland in 2020, the estate opened in January 2023 as only the second winery in Fukui Prefecture. Every wine is made through organic viticulture with no additives, no filtration, and natural fermentation — a method used by fewer than 10 of Japan's roughly 500 wineries. In 2024 its Echizen-ware ceramic wine bottle won the Good Design Award, and in 2025 the estate opened an attached restaurant, TSUKIHI.
