セレネ

Pure, terroir-driven Beaujolais wines crafted with minimal intervention.

Founded in 2012 by Sylvère Trichard, Séléné is a boutique winery located in Blacé, in the heart of the Beaujolais region. After gaining experience with renowned natural winemakers like Jean-Claude Lapalu, Trichard established his own estate to produce pure, terroir-driven wines. He farms roughly ten hectares of old-vine Gamay (plus tiny plantings of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir) organically and follows minimal intervention practices in the cellar, avoiding sulfur additions whenever possible. His wines are celebrated for their elegance, vibrant fruit profiles, and exceptional drinkability, reflecting the true essence of Gamay.
