Rosoretto is a boutique winery perched on the prestigious Parussi hill in Castiglione Falletto, one of the five great communes of Barolo. Its roughly 8 hectares of vineyards trace back to the late 1950s, and the estate takes its name from an old rose garden once cultivated among the Nebbiolo rows. Under current ownership, the historic farmhouse was renovated and an eco-friendly underground cellar was completed in 2011. Led by winemaker Davide Arcuri of the Arcuri family, the vineyards in Castiglione Falletto have been certified organic since 2020. Rosoretto is best known for its Barolo DOCG Parussi and Barolo DOCG Parussi Riserva, sourced from over 4 hectares in the historic Parussi cru, alongside Barbera d'Alba, Langhe Nebbiolo, and Roero Arneis.
