Located in the southwest of Montalcino facing the Maremma coast, Podere Brizio is a boutique estate renowned for its high-quality Brunello di Montalcino. Acquired in 2012 by the Alejandro Bulgheroni Family Vineyards, the winery has since converted to organic farming and sustainable viticulture. Its vineyards, situated at roughly 300-350 meters above sea level on marine-origin sand over marl and limestone, benefit from a warm climate and sea breezes, producing Sangiovese grapes with remarkable structure and minerality. The wines are fermented in steel vats with native yeasts and aged in large French oak barrels for over three years, resulting in elegant, complex, fruit-forward expressions of the terroir.
