Oedoria
オエドリア
Four Beaujolais cellars united on the golden limestone of Pierres Dorées.
Oedoria is a wine cooperative in the heart of the Pierres Dorées area of southern Beaujolais, France. Founded in January 2009 through the merger of three historic cellars — the Cave des Vignerons de Liergues (est. 1929), the Cave du Beauvallon de Théizé (est. 1959), and the Cave des Vignerons du Doury in Létra (est. 1956) — Oedoria was joined by members of the Cave de Gleizé in June 2018, bringing the total to four founding cellars. Around 300 grower-members farm roughly 1,000 hectares of vines across the golden limestone hills of Pierres Dorées. The cooperative produces Beaujolais, Beaujolais-Villages, Beaujolais Crus, Coteaux Bourguignons and Crémant de Bourgogne, built mainly on Gamay alongside Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, and operates boutiques in Liergues, Théizé and Létra.
