Biodynamic certified across all 78 ha estate vineyards; iconic Beaune Clos des Mouches in both white and red

Founded in 1880 in Beaune by Joseph Drouhin, this family-owned négociant-domaine is celebrated for wines of exceptional delicacy and precision. The fourth generation — the Drouhin siblings — continues to run the estate, which is fully certified biodynamic across its 78-hectare domaine. Joseph Drouhin pioneered biodynamic viticulture in Burgundy and is one of the few major négociants to hold biodynamic certification (Biodyvin) across all its estate vineyards. Its jewel is Beaune Clos des Mouches, a 13.9-hectare Premier Cru producing both a rare and celebrated white (Chardonnay) and a refined red (Pinot Noir).
