Fonzone's benchmark white, made from 100% Fiano grown in San Potito Ultra (AV) at around 500m elevation on clay-loam soils. Bunches are hand-picked in the first ten days of October, hand-sorted, and vinified with both short and long macerations in amphora and steel before a soft pressing. The wine shows a straw-yellow color with greenish reflections and delicate floral and citrus aromas — orange blossom, lime, and almond paste — with a fresh, balanced, viscous, and persistent palate.
