Domaine Wach is a family estate in Andlau, one of Alsace's most storied Grand Cru villages, where the Wach family has grown grapes since 1888. Long known under its historic trade name, Domaine des Marronniers - Guy Wach, the estate was renamed Domaine Wach when Pierre Wach, the seventh generation, took over from his father Guy in 2017. The 9-hectare property holds parcels in all three of Andlau's Grand Crus - schistous Kastelberg, sandstone Wiebelsberg, and limestone Moenchberg - and completed its conversion to certified organic farming (Ecocert), with the 2022 vintage as its first certified release. Riesling, the estate's signature grape at roughly 40% of plantings, is joined by Sylvaner, Pinot Blanc, Muscat, Pinot Gris, Gewurztraminer, and a dry-style Pinot Noir.
