Domaine Geneletti is a family-run estate in Château-Chalon, in the heart of the Jura. Michel Geneletti took over the vineyard from his maternal grandmother in 1976, initially rooted in the L'Étoile appellation. His son David joined in 1997 and, from 2001, expanded the domaine into the Château-Chalon and Arbois appellations, acquiring additional parcels for red wine production. The estate now farms around 15 hectares across L'Étoile, Château-Chalon, Arbois, Côtes du Jura, Macvin du Jura, and Crémant du Jura, working traditional Jura grape varieties (Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Trousseau, Pinot Noir) with a philosophy centered on pleasure, finesse, and elegance. The domaine is best known for its Vin Jaune from Château-Chalon, aged under voile for over six years, and for vin de paille and macvin made in the traditional style.
