Domaine des Marrans is a family estate in the heart of Fleurie, Beaujolais, founded in 1970 by Jean-Jacques Mélinand. His son Mathieu Mélinand took over in 2009, joined by his brother Camille in 2019. The domaine farms vineyards across prestigious crus including Fleurie, Juliénas, Morgon and Chiroubles, and is converting to organic viticulture. With sustainable farming and minimal intervention in the cellar, the estate produces pure, elegant, terroir-driven expressions of Gamay.
