Corrado Meinardi

コッラード・メイナルディ

Authentic Barbaresco wines crafted by a four-generation family estate in Treiso.

Located in Treiso, in the heart of the Barbaresco production area of Piedmont, Corrado Meinardi (Il Cravè) is a family-run winery spanning four generations. Corrado took over the estate from his grandfather Pierin in 1993 after training in enology, and today farms roughly 4 hectares of vineyards on the top of one of Barbaresco's highest hills. The estate focuses on traditional viticulture, respecting the unique terroir of the Langhe hills, and produces around 24,000 bottles a year centered on Nebbiolo (Barbaresco, Barolo, Langhe Nebbiolo), Barbera, and Dolcetto. Minimal intervention in both vineyard and cellar lets the purity of the fruit and the character of the calcareous marl soils come through, resulting in wines of elegance, structure, and notable aging potential.
