About this wine
Saam Long is an innovative and atypical white wine from the Margaux estate, Château Marquis d'Alesme. Launched in 2022, this project reflects the visionary spirit of the Perrodo family. The name, meaning 'three dragons,' symbolizes the three Perrodo children, the three estates of Domaines P., and the three unique grape varieties used in the blend. Grown on 1.5 hectares of cool, limestone-rich soils, the wine offers a vibrant, complex profile with aromas of citrus, white flowers, peach, and ginger, balanced by a creamy texture and a distinct saline finish.
A rare and exciting 'rebel' white from Bordeaux that breaks all the rules—perfect for those who love fresh, aromatic, and complex white wines.
Sommelier's Note
"This is a masterpiece of modern Bordeaux winemaking; you must experience its unique saline energy and aromatic complexity at least once."
Food Pairings
Pairs beautifully with fresh shellfish, scallops, fish ceviche, and refined seafood dishes. Its saline character also complements lightly spiced Asian cuisine.

Ideal for summer evenings, sophisticated dinner parties, or as a unique gift for wine collectors who appreciate innovation.
