Caparsa
カパルサ
Authentic, high-altitude Chianti Classico from Radda's traditional heart.
Located in the heart of Radda in Chianti, Caparsa is a traditional, family-run estate managed by Paolo Cianferoni since 1982, on land his father Prof. Reginaldo Cianferoni began planting in 1965. The winery is renowned for its uncompromising commitment to organic and biodynamic farming, with vineyards certified organic since 2005. Grapes are hand-picked and fermented with native yeasts, and wines are bottled with minimal sulfur. With vineyards situated at high altitudes covering nearly 12 hectares, the estate produces Chianti Classico wines characterized by high acidity, elegant tannins, and a distinct sense of terroir, focusing almost exclusively on Sangiovese.
