Cantine Menti
カンティーネ・メンティ
Piombino's historic wine house, family-run since the 1950s
Founded in the 1950s in Piombino by Corrado and Dina Menti, Cantine Menti is a family-run wine business now led by its third and fourth generations, Alessandro Menti together with his wife Susy and daughter Alessandra. Based in the Val di Cornia area of the Tuscan coast, the company combines a historic enoteca and wine shop with the bottling of its own Tuscan IGT wines — including Vermentino IGT Toscana and Cabernet IGT Toscana — sold in bottles, jugs, and bag-in-box formats alongside bulk wine ('vino sfuso'), spirits, and local Tuscan specialties. Rather than a single-vineyard estate, Cantine Menti has built its reputation over more than seventy years as one of the most established wine houses on the Tuscan coast, offering both its own labels and a curated selection of Tuscan and Italian wines through its tasting space, 'La Solera'.
