Bruna Grimaldi is a family-run winery founded in 1957 by Giacomo Grimaldi in Roddi, at the heart of the Barolo DOCG. In 1990 the cellar passed to his daughter Bruna, who gave the estate its name and began commercial bottling under the family label in 1999. Now based in Grinzane Cavour and run together with her children Simone and Martina, the winery has been certified organic since 2013. Its roughly 14 hectares of vineyards span the Langhe, including two prized parcels purchased in 2006 in the celebrated Bricco Ambrogio cru in Roddi, first vinified as a single vineyard in 2007. Guided by a philosophy of minimal intervention and deep respect for terroir, Bruna Grimaldi crafts elegant, structured Barolo and other traditional Piedmontese wines that pair historical heritage with modern precision.
